What truly separates John Maher’s town homes from apartment buildings and other town homes is foremost, our location. Each of these town homes are nestled inside his communities of Wakefield or Newport Crossing. Then the number one complaint of most apartment and condo tenants has got to be noise from neighboring renters. John Maher took that into consideration before he built his first town home. After doing extensive research, John decided to build all his town homes with a 12 inch shaft wall system between neighboring town homes. Inside these walls, John used double layers of sound reducing insulation . He also used 3 full inches of sheet rock which all help in reducing the sound levels dramitically between homes.
